Hastings river still producing the goods, temps are dropping moving closer to end of season now, could be over anyday now, make the most of it!

No oysters this week guys sorry!
River was downgraded to harvest and hold yesterday due to rain which means we would have to put them in the depuration tanks for 24hrs, which we have run out of time to do, we’ll be back next week cheers

FISH STEALS MY OYSTER 😂 Yellowfin bream live a good life around our oyster leases, providing structure and shade, creating perfect home for our fish friends. These guys play a vital role in keeping our baskets clean from barnacle and other invasive species that can hinder our oysters growth. Some days they are particularly tame! here is one of our residents tail dancing for a shot at a delicious oyster.
