As winter approaches, I kindly remind you to be mindful of your scheduled appointments. Although grooming may not be a priority, a quick tidy-up or wash would greatly assist in maintaining my business operations. I understand that many of you have upcoming dates and would like to respectfully inform you that failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations will incur a fee. Crystal Paws is now closed and will re-open on January 5th. 2026 will bring about a small price increase of $5-10, reflecting our commitment to future growth. Customers who have already experienced a price increase since being with Crystal Paws will NOT be affected. I am dedicated to supporting our community and will work with clients facing financial challenges to establish flexible payment options or potential exchange opportunities. ie. Simple maintenance of trailer/car in exchange for grooms etc.😆 My goal is to build a stronger community where collective support and goodwill are the foundation.
