And a pine Unicorn ..
Just to get my eye back in ..
4 weeks till retirement then Rocking Horses full time ..

Teaching an old dog new tricks ..
Van Smilth , a retied cabinet maker did his furniture building apprenticeship with Avery's way back in the 70's
All his life he wanted to build a rocking horse but never got a chance till we meet during the Covid lock down ...
Now he is carving a Large Blackbut horse for his family ...
4 horses on the carving table now
2 are spoken for which leave 2 left to sell after Xmas...
1 Large Jarrah horse
1 large Blackbutt
With many more to come .. as well as some beautifull furniture ...

Now let me tell you .. this horse is heavy and with a Jarrah safety stand with a centre plaque holder built it l think ill need a crane to lift it onto the ute ..
Just the head to be fine tuned next ...
So far so good but really heavy ..
