We look after the interests of all Dressage Riders, Officials and Clubs in WA, providing information and guidance on the sport of Dressage in Western Australia as overseen by Equestrian Western Australia. Dressage WA would like to join the international equestrian community in sharing our sadness at the loss of Stephen Clarke.

Stephen really was a true gentleman of the sport whose openness in sharing his knowledge was unsurpassed.

His visits to Western Australia remain highlights of our dressage community. Stephen’s humour and positivity was unforgettable for our riders, judges, trainers and horse lovers alike.

His profound passion for the sport and for horses was evident to everyone who was lucky enough to cross paths with him and his legacy will live on for many, many years to come.

Our best wishes and support go to Stephen’s family.

Dressage Western Australia Youth Dressage Festival — Update

I’ve processed and uploaded tests in the order they were ridden, up to 12:08 p.m. All International Arena tests are now online, and the next indoor rider to upload is Mia Tollarzo and Nemo. I’m a little excited to finally capture him under saddle.

It has been a beautiful morning at the Dressage Western Australia Youth Dressage Festival. With the morning wrapped up, we are inside for the rest of the day but it was lovely to see the sun this morning for the riders!

DWA Youth Dressage Festival

We are very fortunate to have FEI judge, Jobina Kennedy visiting!

With a full schedule for our Youth Riders (25years of age and under), we are also excited to be offering Freestyles and Young Horse tests for riders of all ages 🙌🏼

The DWA Youth Dressage Festival is back for another year! 🌟

13th & 14th June, State Equestrian Centre

Participant, Offical EA and FEI tests on offer

We will also be offering Freestyles (Saturday) and Official FEI Young Horse/Pony classes (Sunday) - open to all EA riders of all ages.

Entries are now open, closing on Saturday 6th June
