🥹 I think I’ve hit the absolute jackpot with Cooper’s family. 🍀🤍

As a very small breeder, you always hope your puppies will be loved… but every now and then a family comes along that completely blows you away.

Just look at all the little things they’ve done for Cooper already… 🥹

🤍 They bought him an “In Training” puppy sling so they can safely take him out and about while continuing his socialisation before he’s fully vaccinated.

🤍 They’ve added non-slip grip tape to his little foam confidence platform so he feels extra secure while learning.

🤍 They’ve created beautiful enrichment opportunities, taken him on adventures, introduced him to new places and made every new experience feel safe and fun.

🤍 And of course… they’ve completely fallen head over heels in love with him. 🥰

Thank you for loving Cooper as much as I do. Watching him thrive with you is one of the greatest rewards ever. 🤍🐾

🐾🤍 Today is the day… 🤍🐾

It feels like only yesterday these precious little souls entered the world, and today they begin their next great adventure with their forever families. 🥹✨

Over the past 8 weeks, they have been loved beyond measure. They have explored, learned, played, slept, cuddled, grown, and filled our home with endless joy, laughter and puppy kisses. From their very first breaths to their first wobbly steps, first tastes of food, first adventures in the stroller, and countless moments of curiosity and confidence-building, it has been such a privilege to watch them grow. 🤍

To Ember (now Cooper), Hazel, Maple, Toffee (now Bowie) and Onyx (now Alfie) thank you for the memories, the smiles, the early mornings 🥱, and for reminding us to slow down and appreciate life’s simple joys; a dog. 🐾

To your wonderful families, thank you for trusting me. I couldn’t have wished for more loving homes for these special pups. I know they are heading off to lives filled with love, adventure, snuggles and happiness. 🏡✨

Collection day is always bittersweet. My heart feels full knowing how loved these puppies will be, yet a little teary knowing our chapter together has come to an end. 🥲🤍

Now go and make your families as happy as you’ve made us. 🤍✨

💞🐾 Stroller Adventures Are About to Begin! 🐾💞

These little pups are growing quickly and will soon begin some very short, gentle outings in the safety of their puppy stroller. 🤩

Before any adventures begin, we first introduce the stroller itself right here at home…allowing the puppies to explore it at their own pace, climb in and out, relax, enjoy a meal, and build positive associations. 💞

Why do we do this? 🥰

✨ New sights, sounds and experiences can help build confidence.
✨ The stroller allows safe exposure before vaccinations are complete.
✨ Puppies learn that new environments can be fun and rewarding.
✨ Gentle introductions help create positive emotional responses from the beginning.

🪴🌱 One of my favourite plants is actually on this list, the beautiful Philodendron/Xanadu 🌿🤍

They’re such a popular plant in and around homes 🏡, but many people don’t realise they can be toxic to dogs if chewed or ingested.

👀 A gentle reminder to always be mindful of the plants around curious little doggies 🐾✨

🥰🐾 One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is that you need to take a couple of weeks off work and spend every waking moment with your new puppy 😚 🏡

While those first few days together are incredibly special, puppies also need opportunities to learn an equally important life skill: being comfortable on their own. 🤍

If a puppy becomes accustomed to having their humans beside them 24/7 for two weeks straight, the sudden change when normal life resumes can feel confusing and overwhelming.

Instead, from the very beginning, aim to create a healthy balance:
✨ Cuddles and connection.
✨ Play and training.
✨ Rest and independence.

Short, positive periods of alone time help puppies learn that being by themselves is safe, normal, and temporary. They learn that their family always comes back.

This isn’t about leaving a puppy to “cry it out” or feel distressed. It’s about gradually building confidence and resilience through small, achievable experiences.

A confident companion isn’t created by never being left alone.
A confident companion is created by learning that being alone is okay. 🐾🤍

The goal isn’t simply to survive the first few weeks together…
It’s to set your puppy up for a lifetime of confidence, security, and success. ✨🏡
