As this year rolls in - I have a few things I need to address - after a very long time I have decided to finally align all my pricing , this has not been a easy decision however it had to happen, I have tryed to increase slightly over time as I understand things can be tough for everyone
However my prices for tool maintenance , products, bills and Insurance have all risen
I ask that please remember - I am a business not a hobby , when no shows or last minute cancellations happen , this affects my wage for the week , with notice I have a opportunity to bring customers forward , I have always been extremely flexible and helped my loyal customers out where ever I can but cancellation fees will start to apply for this reason
Please try and not arrive before your grooming appointment time - I have back to back grooms , some dogs do not like other dogs or suffer anixety so I have this in place to make my salon relaxed for my furry friends
My business hours for contact finish at 6 pm please try and not contact me at midnight for a grooming appointments as I’m sure it can wait for the next day
Like you I fall out of bed as I fear the worst when my phone tings 😳
I am human and just cos of work from my home, I still would like the respect of contact in operational times
