We get asked why we don't stock certain products all the time. Here's the honest answer.

Because not everything makes the cut.
Fetch isn't a catalogue. We don't add products because they're trending or because a supplier pitched them well. Every single thing we carry has been handled, tested and used by real groomers before it ever made it onto our shelves.

If the handle doesn't sit right after a full day of use, it's out. If the material isn't up to standard, it's out. If groomers tried it and came back with feedback we couldn't ignore, it's out.

We'd rather be asked why we don't stock something than have a groomer waste money on a tool that lets them down mid-groom.
That standard doesn't change.

When you order from Fetch, you're not just getting a product. You're getting everything that went into deciding it was worth your time in the first place.
