Meet Charlie, a little legend on a big recovery journey. 💗

After an awkward landing caused a traumatic knee injury involving a floating patella and cruciate ligament tear, Charlie’s family’s biggest goal was simple: to get him back to feeling comfortable, confident and ready to enjoy life again.

At just 7.1 kg, Charlie has already made an important step in his recovery, coming down from 8.1 kg to support his joints while his activity is restricted. 👏

His rehabilitation journey is all about taking things one step at a time. From supporting comfort and reducing muscle tension, to maintaining safe movement and gradually rebuilding strength, balance and confidence once he is cleared by his veterinary team.

And eventually? We’re working towards those happy everyday walks and appropriate playtime again. 🐕✨

Every little improvement counts. Every calm step forward is a win.

Go Charlie! You’ve got this, legend. 💪💗

🐾 LULILU LEGENDS | Meet Ollie

At 13 years young, Ollie the Border Collie is on a journey to keep doing what he loves, comfortably, confidently and at his own pace. 💙

Ollie was referred to us with suspected lumbosacral and/or hip osteoarthritis, with possible stifle disease. But his rehabilitation journey isn’t just about his physical health. Ollie is also understandably anxious about being touched, so building trust is just as important as building strength.

Our first goal? Confidence before conditioning.

We’re starting with gentle, weekly hydrotherapy sessions to support his mobility, muscle strength and comfort, while allowing Ollie to become familiar with the underwater treadmill in a calm, choice-led environment.

As Ollie becomes more comfortable, we’ll gradually introduce laser therapy to provide additional support for pain, inflammation and stiffness.

There’s no rushing this journey. Every session is guided by Ollie - his comfort, his confidence and how he feels afterwards. 🐶

Because rehabilitation isn’t always about pushing further.

Sometimes, it’s about taking one small step at a time. 💙
