Percy first came to me at just 3 months old to start my Intro Puppy Program, and it has worked wonders, He is now feeling so much more comfortable and confident with the grooming process.

I highly recommend starting your puppy with an intro puppy program to help gently desensitise them to grooming and make them feel comfortable and confident for when their first big groom comes along. 🐾💚

In fact, winter is one of the most common times we see severe matting due to longer coat lengths, moisture, jackets, and reduced brushing at home. If you choose to keep your dog’s coat longer for warmth, it’s essential that brushing is kept up between appointments. Percy came in today for his first ever Puppy Program and was the bestest boy, I recommend starting your pup on the Puppy Program— which can start once all vaccines are completed, It’s perfect for gently desensitising them to grooming, sounds, and the salon environment.

✨ Starting from $35
✨ Best booked every 3–5 weeks until around 6 months old
✨ Pro tip: use a spoon and gently put it close to your pup face, this trick gets them used to the scissors being around there face for when there ready for there big full groom. Keep up the brushing at home and lots of touching of the paws. All this makes the biggest difference for your pup to feel safe and comfortable in a salon environment

We avoid clipping too early, as it can damage their coat long-term. Once your pup is confident and ready, we can introduce full clips safely 💚

What’s included:
• Wash & gentle blow dry (as tolerated)
• Nail trim
• Paw pad & hygiene tidy

A calm, positive start makes all the difference for a lifetime of happy grooms 🐶
