🐾 Sheldon is taking care of his joints too! 🐾

At 11½ years young, our beloved clinic cat Sheldon has recently started a course of Cartrophen (Pentosan Polysulfate) injections to help support his joints as he gets older.

Just like people, our pets can develop arthritis as they age. Cats are especially good at hiding pain, so the signs can be subtle—jumping less, sleeping more, being reluctant to use the stairs, or becoming less playful. Many owners assume these changes are simply “old age,” but they can actually be signs of arthritis.

Cartrophen is one of the treatment options that can help manage osteoarthritis by supporting joint health, improving mobility, and keeping our senior pets comfortable for longer.

If your cat or dog is slowing down or showing signs that they may be struggling, we’d love to help. Book an appointment with one of our veterinarians to discuss the best arthritis care plan for your furry family member.

Let’s help our senior pets stay happy, comfortable, and active for as long as possible. 💙🐱🐶

📢 Important Notice for Wednesday

Dear valued clients,

On Wednesday, we’ll be upgrading our veterinary software to help us provide an even better experience for you and your pets.

As part of this upgrade:
🐾 Our online booking system will be unavailable overnight and throughout Wednesday morning.
🐾 Our clinic will remain open, however our computer systems will be unavailable for approximately half the day. During this time, our team will be working without access to our computers, so some services may take a little longer than usual.

Thank you for your continued support—we appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to welcome you and your furry family members with our new and improved system! 🐶🐱💙
