🐾 BDTC OCTOBER TRIAL – CATALOGUE & NUMBERS ARE READY! 🐾

We’re looking forward to seeing you at BDTC this Saturday 17 October for our final trial of 2026!

There are around 125 dogs and 370 runs, so it’s shaping up to be a big afternoon and evening. Please have a read through the information below before arriving.

📘 CATALOGUE & NUMBERS

The catalogue and numbers are now available via Top Dog. Please check your entries carefully and let us know ASAP if anything doesn’t look right.

There will be no official registration/check-in, so please print your own competitor numbers and bring them with you.

When downloading your catalogue and numbers, please also subscribe to trial updates so you receive any important updates and announcements.

⏰ TIMELINE

1:30pm – Gates open
2:00pm – Course building
3:00pm – Dog measuring inside the clubhouse
3:45pm – Welcome and judges briefing near the clubhouse
4:00pm – Judging commences

💪 PLEASE PITCH IN AND HELP

We have a wonderful team of ring volunteers, but we still need plenty of helping hands throughout the trial.

Please jump in where you can with course building, course changes, height changes and picking up dropped bars. Even helping for a short time makes a huge difference and helps keep everything running smoothly.

‼️ IMPORTANT NOTES
- If your dog needs to be measured and you haven’t registered this in Top Dog, please let us know ASAP.

- If you can’t attend or decide to withdraw, please remember to scratch your entries in Top Dog.

- Bindi alert: It’s been a bad bindi season in Brisbane. We’ve focused control within the rings and training areas, but please take care elsewhere around the grounds. Avoid the area near the large grass pile/light pole to the left of the big tree — we’ll mark it with witches hats. There may also be small patches along nearby fence lines, so please check the ground before setting up gazebos.

☕🍕 FOOD & DRINKS
A coffee van and pizza truck will be onsite to keep everyone fed and caffeinated throughout the afternoon and evening.

What a fantastic weekend at our BDTC June Agility Trial.

A huge thank you to all of our competitors, especially those who travelled from interstate to join us. It was wonderful to welcome so many teams to our grounds, and the weekend had such a great atmosphere from start to finish.

Thank you to our judges, Adriana, Murray and Jess, for your time, expertise and support across the weekend. We are so grateful for everything you brought to the trial.

We would also like to thank our amazing sponsors, Antinol Australia, KONG, LickiMat and Pet Mince Direct, for their generous support. Your contributions helped make the weekend even more special for our competitors.

Most of all, thank you to everyone who helped create such good vibes across the weekend... competitors, volunteers, members, committee, ring crews, course builders, helpers, sponsors and supporters. Trials like this only happen because people pitch in, lend a hand and keep things running with a smile.🫶

We wish everyone competing at Nationals the very best of luck. Safe travels, run well, and enjoy every moment.

Thank you again from all of us at BDTC. 💙
