🐶🐶 Update 🐶🐶

We had to say our final goodbye to Dia at the end of June. She made it to 16yrs wonderful years with us. We have needed a moment to settle before jumping back into planning.

We have met with the council who has given us clear guidance for getting approval. We have received lots of positive feedback and encouragement to continue with the application.

I spent sometime yesterday and finalised the first steps and sent them off 🤞

🐶🐶Tricks🐶🐶

Our daughter taught Dia how to hop up on the stand up paddle board and progressed to sitting on it in the pool.
Dia would do anything for treats so training with treats always worked perfectly.

Dia’s feathered sister 🐓 is dropping in to say hello.

We never thought Dia would be okay with chickens however she was not worried about them at all. Although because she is not worried she lets them inside when a door is left open for her.

🐶🐶The meter man 🐶🐶

Dia always hated the gas reader person because our gas box was right near the front door and squeaked when open.
This behaviour would go on for at least 30 minutes, even with reassurance and distraction she was still determined to protect the house from the person reading the meter.
Also just realised how much I actually miss her bark 🩷

As Dia has gotten older she’s spending more and more time sleeping. She’s also now very picky with her beds, the blankets need to be just right and in the same place. Her most favourite spot is still mum and dad’s bed however she can’t get up without help now.
