How can you not love this face? 😍 Just look at those eyes!

Sonny came in for his groom today, and because Melbourne's rainy weather has put a pause on some of his daily walks, we decided he deserved a little extra fun. 🐾

So after his pamper session, we extended his visit into a play date! Here he is enjoying one of his favourite treats – a tasty lamb rib 😋

Safe to say Sonny was living his best life today: groomed, spoiled, fed, and thoroughly entertained. ❤️

"Arrived looking a little scruffy. Left looking fabulous. Got endless pats, made some friends, enjoyed a play date, and was paid in lamb ribs. Honestly, I was planning on giving 4 stars because they wouldn't let me take the whole bag home, but the belly rubs won me over. Would absolutely visit again. 10/10. Excellent staff. Questionable snack rationing." 🐶😋

“10/10 would betray my owner again for a biscuit from Anna. Came in for a groom, left with a new emotional support human and a suspiciously shiny coat. Not sure what conditioner she used, but I’m now 40% fluff, 60% diva.”
Parker and Archie after their glow-up:
“We arrived looking like we’d survived a bushwalk in a thunderstorm. We left looking like we have stock portfolios and brunch plans.”
Meanwhile Wookie and Bailey in the background:
“We didn’t get groomed. We just came to supervise, beg for snacks, and question why everyone else is suddenly so photogenic.”
And honestly… all of them agree on one thing:

Gucci and Prada arrived for their styling appointments... because apparently looking fabulous is a full-time job. 💅✨

Charlie came in for his usual service, knowing exactly where he belongs on our VIP list. 😎

And then there was Remy! 🎉 She came in for a tidy-up and overnight stay while her brother celebrates his 21st birthday. Not that she's bothered about missing the party... she's got snacks, comfy beds, attention on demand, and staff wrapped around her little paw. Frankly, we're not sure who got the better deal. 🤣

Meanwhile, the humans are working hard, the dogs are being adorable, and someone is definitely judging our grooming technique from a safe distance.

Just another chaotic, fluffy, fabulous day at The Den. ❤️🐶

Today was Loki’s spa day 🛁✨
When Loki first came in, he honestly didn’t look too bad… but after 3 shampoos, a deep conditioning treatment, and a full brush out, the transformation was incredible. Sometimes it’s not until the dirt, loose coat and buildup are gone that you really see how much fresher, happier and more comfortable a dog can feel.
And the smell difference? Let’s just say… very appreciated 😂
Nothing better than seeing a dog leave feeling soft, clean, fluffy and proud of themselves.
Finished off with the final “Instagram brush” of course 📸🐾

Some stories start heartbreakingly… but this one? This one gets the happy ending it deserves 🐾✨
Little Lily and her sister Daisy were found abandoned on the side of a regional road alongside what may have been other siblings or even their mum… sadly not all of them survived. A kind stranger stopped, scooped them up, and rushed them to the vet before the beautiful humans stepped in… and eventually they landed at The Den with us 🐶
At first, these tiny girls were completely shut down. Quiet. Unsure. Watching the world from the safety of a crate. But slowly… the tails started wagging, the zoomies appeared, and their cheeky little personalities came bursting out 💕
Well… Lily is now living her BEST life with an amazing family — and they kept their promise to us 🥹
We are VERY excited to announce that our little girl (now known as Remy 😍) is returning to The Den next week for a pawliday, pamper session, cuddles, probably a few snacks she shouldn’t have… and of course a full mischief report 🛁✨
Will she remember the crew? Will Bailey allow her on his throne? Will Wookie teach her chaos? Will there be zoomies?

Meet Maxie — part Maltese, part Bichon, part Poodle… and 100% chaos wrapped in clouds. ☁️✨
Taking a photo of her is basically an Olympic sport because sitting still is simply not aligned with her personal values. One second she’s here, the next she’s a white blur flying toward Bailey like he’s the love of her life. 🐾
Bailey is, without question, her favourite boy. Her emotional support golden child. Her soulmate. Her reason for zoomies.
And when it comes to the girls, her sister Evie holds the crown. Partners in crime, professional mischief makers, and full-time cuddle coordinators. 🤍
Sweet, affectionate, playful, and just a little bit dramatic, Maxie somehow manages to be both princess and gremlin at the exact same time.
Tiny dog. Massive personality. Endless love. ✨
