Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to provide an update. Unfortunately, I’ve been advised to significantly reduce my workload over the next few weeks. This means I’ll need to cancel and rearrange a number of upcoming appointments.

If you have a regular booking and are happy to skip your next groom and continue with your usual schedule after that, please let me know — this will really help me restructure my calendar.

If you would prefer to see another groomer as a once-off and then return to your future appointments with me, I’m more than happy to pass on the details of someone who can help in the meantime.

Over the coming weeks I will be prioritising dogs who urgently need grooming. Please also allow a little extra time for appointments, as I will be working at a slower pace than usual.

As much as I want to accommodate everyone, I do need to prioritise my health and follow medical advice to avoid returning to hospital. I truly appreciate your patience, kindness and understanding during this time.

Hey everyone!
As Christmas/New Year is approaching us fast, I wanted to make an announcement for a few things.

We will be closed over Christmas for a few weeks. I will not be answering calls during this period but messages will be responded to when I am able to.

I have pre booked everyone who is on a regular schedule 2 appointments ahead for Christmas/New Year. If anyone who does not pre book and would like a spot before Christmas, we only have 4 appointments left until the new year, 2 in November, 2 in December!
We are not currently taking new clients, we do have a new client wait list if anyone wishes to be put on it, please message us.

Anyone who has reoccurring appointments that fall on our Christmas break, if I have not messaged you to change your appointment, your appointment will automatically be moved to the following week, same day and time. Please message if you have any concerns.

Please take a look at our cancellation/no show policy pinned on the page. Fees WILL apply. If you need to cancel please note that you may not be able to get another appointment until the new year.
