💖 Meet KitKat 🐱

KitKat has had a very sad start to life. She was found on the side of the road by one of our lovely clients, and we believe she had been hit by a car. She came to us with a fractured pelvis and was in a lot of pain, but this little girl has shown incredible strength and resilience.

Thanks to surgery, lots of care, and plenty of love, KitKat has recovered beautifully and is now ready for her forever home 🐾✨

She’s gentle, sweet, and so deserving of a safe place to land after everything she’s been through. Watching her heal has been truly special, and now all that’s missing is a family to call her own.

If you think you could give KitKat the loving home she deserves, please get in touch with us 💕
Please share to help this brave girl find her happy ending.

🐾 Tick Paralysis in Dogs and Cats: What Sydney Pet Owners Need to Know

Tick season is here, and with warmer weather across Sydney’s North Shore, paralysis ticks are out in force. These tiny pests can cause serious illness in both dogs and cats, and early action can save lives.

Know the signs of tick paralysis: wobbliness, weakness, vomiting, breathing changes, or a change in your pet’s bark or meow.

If you find a tick or notice any of these symptoms, contact Normanhurst Vet immediately on (02) 9489 6000, or book a home visit with our VetVan team.
