Preach!

20/08/2026

I get to spend time with this beautiful lady most days while her mum is at work.
Today she took an unauthorised swim in a very muddy puddle, so then we had to visit the dogwash on the way home.
She is the sweetest girl and i love her so much.

All fund raised by TLC Pet care goes towards helping me help more kitty's.

🐾🙌🎉 Another Huge Win for WA Pets! 🙌🎉🐾

We’re excited to share that Spay It Forward has been awarded $50,000 in Round 5 of the Animal Welfare Grants from the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development! 🎉

This funding will help us continue supporting vulnerable families across WA in 2025 and 2026, providing subsidised desexing and microchipping for pets and families who need it most.

Every desexing surgery helps prevent unwanted litters. Every microchip helps bring pets home. And every grant like this helps keep families together - because pets ARE family 🐶🐱

A huge thank you to DPIRD for backing our mission and helping us create lasting change in animal welfare across Western Australia.

Together, we’re making a difference—one pet, one family at a time. 🐾

☀️🐾 Spay It Forward – February Program Pause 🐾☀️

We want to share an important update with our community, with care and transparency 💛

Due to exceptionally high demand, Spay It Forward applications will be temporarily closed for the month of February, effective 4 February 2026. We expect the program to reopen in March.

This short pause is about sustainability and impact. It allows our small team to:
• Complete and acquit current grant commitments responsibly
• Support the many pets already approved and in progress
• Secure new funding so we can continue helping families into the future
• Strengthen veterinary partnerships across WA
• Develop future programs that reach even more pets and people

We know how important this support is, and we understand that this news may be disappointing. Please know this decision helps ensure Spay It Forward can continue long-term, helping more animals and families when they need it most.

👉 Want to be notified as soon as applications reopen?
