Vale Dorothy

Dorothy is the brumby that inspired the creation of Zimmer-rings. She and I wanted a bridleless solution that suited both of us. Though she retired from riding many years ago, she was still the heart of Zimmer-rings. I’ll be eternally grateful for the almost twelve years of training and learning she put into me.
She will be greatly missed. 🖤

Prototypes…. I think I’ve got more prototypes than rings I’ve actually made for my brumbies. Dorothy and I tested this ring for months but I eventually decided I didn’t much like the feel of the grip…… yet here we are years later still using it.
