Phew! What a busy couple of weeks its been, moved two lots of houses, organised paperwork for one of them, filled the incubator, emptied the incubator and filled it again. It has been crazy month and it just keeps going!

Thank you to everyone who has messaged the page, you might have seen me posting and commenting under my own name around the place but I haven't forgotten you all and I have been responding, albeit not as fast as either yourself or myself would like! But now that were a bit more settled we should resume our usual scheduled mayhem.

We still have eggs, chicks and cockerels (and eventually pullets) available so don't forget to shoot us a message, and here is a photo dump from a few things we have had going on lately 😍

Always amazes me how sturdy bigger fowl are as day olds. We have had these two turkey poults hatch recently and decided to have them with us while we stood around chatting. They loved the grass!

Now that we're settled in, brooders will be fuller and our seasonal planning is on a roll. Won't be long till we're overrun with all sorts for the new season 😍😍

Been very busy lately, we're moving house! Lucky us, it's been very stressful lately organising everything. Always good to take a step back and watch these guys be chickens to help me unwind.

Loving the way some of these late bred pullets are looking, there's a blend of pekin, d'uccle and Danvers in these photos. Not good ones of the Belgians obviously but still cute nonetheless 🤣🤣

I'll probably be quiet for a couple of weeks, incubator is pretty empty at this stage while we sort everything out. I've still got eggs available, and still posting every Monday at this stage so get in quick before I get into the full swing this season 😍

Incubators full again, I have a dozen wyandotte (now seperated into two pens 😌), a dozen buff Columbian and an assorted dozen of our black/blue/splash, black and black mottled eggs.

Posted out tomorrow morning if needing postage, 30$ Australia wide.

75$ for the wyandotte - SOLD

85$ for the buff Columbian Belgians, and

100$ for the assorted dozen - SOLD

I have eggs everywhere at the moment, and an ETA of 4 weeks till the big incubator is ready for its first lot of eggs. I have DOZENS of wyandotte eggs everywhere, 2 doz at the moment that I'm looking at moving on for 40$/doz

Pick up only, super fresh as they've been laid in the last 24hrs. Murray Bridge SA, if they're not gone by Wednesday I'm eating them 🤣🤣. Pic of the parents, and eggs that are due to hatch this weekend.

Thank you very much to my inlaws who have taken care of our chookies while we've been gone! Because of them we have some spare eggs that didn't fit into the incubator refill.

We have available *for pickup* (I don't have postage supplies currently)

Millefleur/Buff Columbian (our porcelaine girl is in there as well) = 29 eggs

Speckled Sussex = 21 eggs

Red Laced Wyandotte = 34 eggs

Pickup is from Murray Bridge SA, I will be travelling to Mount Barker some time this week. Shoot me a message if you're keen, more than happy to do mixed dozens if wanting.

ALL BIRDS ARE SEPERATED BY COMPATIBLE BREEDING COLOURS. Some photo's have been taken while in mixed colour group after shows.

Made it home safe and sound, with a cheeky dozen eggs from ' Eggs because why not 🤭. Glad to be back in SA, as beautiful as Perth is.

That also means eggs are back on the menu lads, we've candled the incubator and I'll start rolling out the wyandotte and sussex eggs! D'uccle are still sitting at about 70% fert so I'll give them another week or two so don't think I've forgotten you guys.

For now, we'll catch up on some well needed sleep in our own beds, surrounded by all our babies and start the week fresh. Glad to be home ❤️❤️
