The Vetcall group was established in 1976. At Vetcall Mudgeeraba, we aim to provide a comprehensive, professional and compassionate veterinary service. Our services include vaccinations, dental care, surgeries, holistic therapies, puppy school and more. We recognise the significance of your pets and the place they hold in your family. Our highly qualified team of Vets led by Dr Mark Sulzberger and Dr Amy Neale include, Dr Thomas Lai, Dr Caroline Gout, Dr Miranda Webster and Dr Hannah Vickery . The team have special interests in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, reproduction, ultrasound and more. Our clinic has a CANTONESE and MANDARIN fluent Veterinarian available on site. URGENT CARE and EMERGENCY services are available Mon-Friday

Dr Mark has a special talent for reminding us that while we take our patient care very seriously, we don’t always have to take ourselves so seriously.

Because veterinary medicine can be tough.

There are long days, difficult cases and sadly plenty of emotional moments.
But there needs to be laughter sometimes and a team that makes the hard days a whole lot lighter.

The medicine matters.
The patients matter.
And so does having a team you can laugh with. ❤️

When getting your stitches out looks like this 🥹🐾

No stress. No drama. Just a very happy pup, cuddled up with her favourite nurse and giving kisses to the people she trusts.

Removing sutures is a quick and simple part of recovery, but helping our patients feel safe and comfortable while we do it is actually more important.

Good veterinary care isn’t only about what we do medically. It’s about the trust we build along the way.

And judging by those kisses… we think this little girl has decided she’s in very safe hands with Nurse Brooke and Dr Miranda 🐶💕

⚠️PSA...... Ticks are a YEAR-ROUND threat.

In South East QLD, Paralysis Ticks can be active throughout the WHOLE year, and are not just a Summer concern.
This week, two cases of paralysis tick were treated in our hospital.

Just one tick can cause serious illness in both dogs and cats, leading to weakness and paralysis with breathing and swallowing difficulties that quickly become life-threatening.

Even indoor pets can be at risk as ticks can be brought inside on people, clothing, shoes and other pets.
