🐾🐾 Important Client Notice 🐾🐾

Due to the significant influx of dogs we have welcomed since July, we have had to make some changes to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and all the dogs in our care.

🐶 Behaviour & Socialisation 🐶

Moving forward, we will no longer be accepting dogs that display aggression or highly unsociable behaviours that may pose a safety risk to our staff or other dogs.

We kindly ask all our new clients to be upfront and honest when making a booking about your dog’s temperament, behaviour and how they interact with people and other dogs. This information is extremely important in helping us determine whether we can safely accommodate your dog.

If your dog has shown any signs of aggression, reactivity, resource guarding, or difficulty socialising with other dogs, please let us know at the time of booking. We would much rather have an honest conversation beforehand than put our staff or other dogs at risk.

💉 Vaccinations 💉

For the health and safety of all dogs in our care, all dogs must be fully vaccinated with a current C5 vaccination. Please make sure your dogs vaccinations are up to date before their stay.
If you do not fully understand how C5 works please contact your local vet and speak with them.

🎄 Christmas Booking 🎄

We are currently fully booked over the Christmas period. We do, however, still have availability either side of Christmas.

We also have a Christmas waiting list in place for those hoping to secure a booking during our fully booked dates. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact clients on the waiting list in order.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our environment safe, happy and enjoyable for both our staff and all the dogs in our care.

Thank you all for your continued support!

Kind Regards
Di & Randall

Important Update to our Clients

We would like to take a moment to reassure all of our valued clients that we are continuing to trade and operate as normal.

We understand that there may be uncertainty or concerns at the moment, and we want to make it absolutely clear that all existing bookings remain secure and are being honoured as planned.

There is no need for clients to cancel, change, or be concerned about their current arrangements.

Our team remains fully operational and is continuing to manage bookings, and inquiries as usual. We are committed to providing the same level of service and support that our clients expect from us.

If you already have a booking with us, your booking remains confirmed and secure unless you are contacted directly by our team regarding any specific changes.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support. We value everyone of our clients and want to reassure you that we are here.

We are OPERATING AS NORMAL, and look forward to continuing to serve you.

We would also like to respectfully ask our clients to please refrain from contacting us with questions regarding the sale of our property.

In the meantime, we kindly ask that you respect our privacy regarding the property sale and allow us to focus on continuing business as usual.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and continued trust in our business.

Kind Regards

Dear Valued Clients,

We here at CCPR wanted to personally share some important news with you all.

After much consideration, we have made the decision to sell our business. This has not been an easy decision, as this business has been a significant part of our lives, and serving clients like you has been both a privilege and a pleasure.

We know that news like this can raise questions, so we want to reassure you that, for now, it is business as usual. Nothing is changing in the way we operate or in the service you receive. We remain fully committed to looking after you with the same care, professionalism, and dedication you’ve always known.

Our priority is to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. We are taking our time to find the right new owners, someone who shares our values and our commitment to providing the high standards of service you deserve. We will continue to keep you informed as the process progresses, and we’ll let you know well in advance of any future changes.

We cannot thank you enough for the trust and support you have shown us over the years.
Many of you have been with us for a very long time, and we are genuinely grateful to have been part of your journey. Your loyalty has meant more to us than words can express.

While this is the beginning of a new chapter, our commitment to you remains unchanged throughout this transition. We look forward to continuing to serve you and appreciate your ongoing support.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me.

The Property and Business will be listed soon.

With sincere thanks,

Di & Randall
