Racing today at Sandown

Two runners heading to Sandown today 👇

(R9) is looking for a bounce back to form after being well beaten at her last three starts. The 1400m is short of her best, but today’s run sets her up nicely for a more suitable race in a few weeks. We’re looking to see her hit the line strongly and build towards that next target.

(R10) didn’t appreciate the synthetic surface at Ballarat last start and will appreciate getting back onto the turf today. He steps out to 1400m for the first time since our purchase and has been going well enough at home to suggest he can improve on his recent form.

Best of luck to the connections! 🤝

heads to Ballarat (R8) today for his second-up run for the stable. He was well beaten on a very testing track at Sandown just over a month ago, but we’re expecting a much-improved performance today. It will be his first look at a synthetic track, but his tick-over jumpout was excellent and, from a good draw, he looks capable of running much better than his enormous odds suggest.

Best of luck to the connections! 🤝
