🎨 We’re delighted to have our current Artist in Residence, Kylie from Tiny Giraffe, at the farm this Saturday during our Farmgate Sale!

Visitors will have the opportunity to view some of her beautiful creations. 🌿✨ Be sure to stop by, say hello, and enjoy seeing art inspired by life at the farm and the natural world around us.

And while you’re here between 9am and 12 noon, don’t forget to stock up on our delicious homemade jams, preserves and other farm goodies and crafts – the perfect way to take a little taste of the farm home with you! 🍯🍓🍊

😮 It's Farmgate Sale Time again!
Our members will be welcoming all our lovely customers this coming Saturday 27 June from 9am - 12 noon. Cash or Card.

The usual variety of tasty Pickles and Chutneys are available: Tomato Relish 🍅 and Sweet Mustard Pickles are popular regulars; Spiced Cumquat Chutney 🌶️; Brinjal pickles; Extra Spicy Mango Chutney 🥭; Lemon Chutney 🍋; Onion Relish and River Cottage Glutney to name a few of the savoury items.
There will also be bottled Italian Pickled Vegetables - Giardiniera 🌶️ - as a savoury treat for $7.

For the sweet tooth, our favourite Lemon Butter & Passionfruit/Lemon Butter is available for the early birds 🍋. Rosella Jam is now available 🌺. You will also find a great variety of Marmalades made with fruits from the Farm and member’s gardens, as well as Lemon Myrtle & Carrot Jam 🥕, Pineapple Jam 🍍 and White Peach Jam 🍑.
Vanilla grown right here at Beelarong Farm is still available and local honey is a great price. 🍯 The edible honeycomb is a rare treat.

🔖 We sell a lovely variety of handcrafted treasures and the unique artwork of Diane's cards and Alison’s lacey bookmarks. 🎁 Many little gifts for someone special!

🧑‍🎨 On Saturday Matt Armstrong conducted a very successful workshop on 'Creating Landscape Lines' which was really well attended by people who had not visited the farm previously.
They were all taken with the beauty of the environment and the venue was perfect for the event.

We look forward to welcoming Matt back to Rosella Cottage for another short residency in October 2026!

We recently gave a big shout-out to our amazing volunteers and celebrated members who have reached the milestone of five years with Beelarong. 🙏 They were recognised for their dedication and commitment with the presentation of their five-year membership badges.

🍕 After a productive working bee, everyone enjoyed some well-earned time together as the pizza oven was fired up and the celebrations continued!

Please Welcome Kylie Harber to Rosella Cottage for the next 6 weeks! 👩‍🎨

Kylie Harber is a Brisbane-based artist, designer and founder of Tiny Giraffe, a creative studio specialising in bespoke wallpaper murals, patterned wallpapers and artworks inspired by the places we leave our hearts.

Inspired by place, memory, landscape and belonging, Kylie creates immersive environments that help people connect more deeply to themselves and the spaces they spend time in. Her work combines art, illustration, storytelling and spatial thinking to transform walls into meaningful experiences that celebrate identity, culture and place.

Drawing on a 20-year career in landscape architecture and urban design, Kylie approaches each project with a unique understanding of how art can shape atmosphere, create connection and bring a sense of place to the built environment.

🎨 Through murals, wallpaper, public art and illustrated artworks, Kylie collaborates with businesses, councils, developers and designers to create spaces that are designed to be remembered.

This is the final weekend that Margeurita 👩‍🎨, our resident artist, will have her sound installation set up in Rosella Cottage during our Farmgate Sale.
She painted the Rainforest and fields of flowers murals which, with music 🎶, transport the viewer to a relaxing, uplifting natural space. 🌳🌺
Don't miss it! Come to the farm this Saturday between 9am and 12 noon and grab some goodies at the same time - choose between jams, preserves, plants, honey, vanilla products and handcrafted items.

Join us on Saturday 30th at the Farm for our May Farmgate Sale commencing at 9 am and finishing up at 12 noon.
😋 As usual we are selling a lovely selection of jams and savory condiments such as authentic Lime Pickle, very spicy 🌶️; our seasonal favourite, Rosella Jam, which will now be available for some months; some more of the popular Strawberry Jam 🍓, Sweet Mustard Pickles, Tomato Relish 🍅, Lemon Butter and Passionfruit & Lemon Butter 🍋, and a large variety of tasty combinations.
🌿 We have some Culinary Vanilla pods grown right here at Beelarong Farm and made ready for sale – two pods in a reusable glass tube or vanilla extract.
🍯 Try our delicious Honey from two private Flow Hives in Carina which is being sold at our Farmgate sale for $5 a jar. This month we also have trays of Honeycomb for sale - a special taste treat.
Our jams and savouries are selling for $7 a jar and Lemon Butters are $9 a jar.
🧷 We will have on sale our lovely hand-crafted items e.g. aprons, clothes hangers, peg bags and more. The beautiful watercolor cards showcasing local landmarks and streets are always popular.
👨‍🌾 There will also be a table of plants and potted ornamentals for the gardener.
