And we’re OFF on our own little getaway!!!

Time for a few days of quality time with the kidlets before reality hits and they head back to school on Tuesday.

But don’t panic — while I’m busy doing my very best to become one with a margarita by the ocean, our AMAZING crew are still out and about making sure all of your furbabies are loved, spoiled and cared for exactly as they should be.

We are officially FULLY BOOKED for the next 2 weeks and October is filling up very quickly, so if you know you’ll need us, please don’t leave it until the last minute — get those bookings in ASAP!

I may be a little slower on the messages over the next few days because, well… ocean views + margies + family time = phone gets ignored occasionally. 😉
I promise I’ll get back to everyone as soon as I can!

Wherever you are and whatever you’re up to, I hope you’re having a fabulous week.

We’re midway through the school holidays and gee whizz, have we been BUSY!

From Wednesday next week, we’ll personally be sneaking away for a little family holiday with the kidlets, but don’t worry — our amazing team will be here and all over looking after your precious furbabies while we’re away.

To those enjoying a school holiday break, we hope you’re having the best time, and to those working through — we hope you’re having a great shift!

Morning All, I should have got to everyone now for Invoices so next on the agenda is getting back to everyone…. I have approx 437000 messages, emails and calls to return today so please be patient and kind (You all know by now I get there eventually lol)
If you haven’t heard from me by COB today please get onto me again so I don’t miss you.

🎄🐾 CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS ARE ALMOST FULL! 🐾🎄

Just a gentle reminder to please get your Christmas bookings in ASAP if you’ll need us to care for your furbabies over the festive season. ❤️

We are very close to reaching capacity and, once we are full, we will not be adding any extra bookings this year.

As previously advised, during December we will be offering ONE VISIT PER HOME, PER DAY ONLY.
We will not be offering the usual early-morning/late-afternoon split visits on these days. This allows us to make sure every furbaby receives the care and attention they deserve while also giving our wonderful carers some precious time with their own families over Christmas.

We are now completely booked over New Year with no availability left for January 27.

If you’ve been meaning to book but haven’t gotten around to it yet, now is the time!

Once our Christmas run sheets are full, bookings will close and we won’t be squeezing in any extras this year sorry.

Thank you for keeping us so incredibly busy and for continuing to trust us with your precious furbabies.

I should have contacted everyone by now but Due to an unforeseen last minute Emergency all Daytime Playtime visits need to be cancelled today. (We should be back on board tomorrow)
AM/PM Feed visits will still go ahead so everyone’s furbabies will still have full bellies today.

Morning All and Happy Sunday!!
Quick apology to those who didn’t receive updates last night our little man decided a trip to the hospital would be a fun way to spend a Saturday night 😩
(He is completely fine now)

Everyone’s furbabies were happy healthy and safe and we hope you were having a better night than we were lol

Morning visits are being done a little later than our usual super early start this morning but we will give everyone an extra smooch for making them wait a little longer for us

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet on the page!

We have been absolutely flying by the seat of our pants lately and, as always, we are so incredibly thankful for everyone’s patience, understanding and continued support.

We have a HUGE couple of weeks coming up over the school holidays, with plenty of gorgeous furbabies to love, cuddle and care for.

Once the school holiday craziness settles, our little family will be taking a couple of days out to spend some much-needed quality time with our kidlets. While we recharge and enjoy some family time, our amazing team will still be out and about making sure your furbabies are loved and well cared for.

Running a small family business can certainly get a little chaotic at times, but we genuinely appreciate every single person who continues to trust us with their precious pets.

We hope you’re having a wonderful week, wherever you may be!
