✨ A STAR IS BORN ✨

A very special litter from our gorgeous Teddy (Sup Ch Am Ch Impacts Teddy Ruxpin (IMP USA)) and the beautiful Etsy (Sup Ch CIB Ochaye By Design)

With a pedigree that has some pretty big shoes to fill on both sides, we thought it was only fitting that these babies have names inspired by some of the biggest stars of their time!

Introducing our “A Star Is Born” litter!

And just like that, we’re halfway!

It’s crazy to believe our Pixar babies are four weeks old!

They are growing like weeds and getting to spend more time outside exploring. They also got to have their first car ride to the vet for their checks and everyone is doing well.

Who is training who? 🤔

We think temperament is crucial here at Ochaye and Ollie gets to be involved with all of our dogs.

Our Pixar babies are three weeks old, and oh, how they’ve grown!

They’re becoming little personalities of their own, growing bigger, braver and having the best time discovering the world around them.

This week they taste tested their first mush — and while it may be very messy, it is apparently VERY delicious! 😂 There’s nothing quite like ten little faces covered in food to remind us that we’re officially entering the fun stage.

They also had their very first adventure outdoors, getting to explore their new yard, experience the grass under their tiny paws and take in all the sights, sounds and smells.

Our Pixar stars are officially a week old today and what better way to celebrate than with a very special group photo.

And yes… we did manage to get all 10 of them to lay still for a group photo. It did require some full bellies 😂

We can’t wait to watch these babies grow and start revealing the personalities behind those adorable little faces. There are going to be plenty of adventures, milestones, cuddles and most likely a whole lot of chaos along the way!

And luckily, they have a pretty nifty grandmother to document it all

After months of waiting and counting down the days, our Audie x Easy litter has finally arrived and we couldn’t be happier to announce 10 healthy babies!

Our very own little Pixar cast has officially made their debut, and we think this is going to be one pretty special story.

Mum and babies are doing beautifully, and these little ones are growing well.

We can’t wait to watch these little ones grow.

Last weekend we headed off to the Pine Rivers Show, where Winston gained the final points needed to officially become known as

CH Ochaye The Protector (AI)
(pending DogsQueensland)

A champion from the minor class, Winston now joins his brother from our very special Viking x Olena litter. We are incredibly proud of these boys and everything they have achieved so far and even more excited for all that is still ahead of them.

And to make it even more special Winston is our 30th Ochaye champion - almost 11 years after our first Ochaye Australian shepherds litter.

And a very special thank you goes to Monica and her family for loving and caring for Winnie. He truly is in the very best home, and we are so incredibly grateful that you share this special boy with us on weekends, giving us the opportunity to take him out for his show adventures.

As we get closer and closer to Easy’s due date, it’s looking like the next couple of months are going to be VERY busy around here!

The X-ray is in… now we want to hear from all the puppy-counting experts!

We’re expecting an all-tri litter, but both parents can produce red, so there’s plenty to guess!

Puppy training doesn’t have to be formal. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to happen.

A few minutes at home, a handful of treats, plenty of distractions and probably a little bit of chaos 😂

No fancy setup. No perfect heelwork. No pressure. Just making training part of everyday life, building good habits, confidence and connection one little session at a time.

Because with puppies, consistency will always beat perfection
