It’s that time of the year again and we’ve been very busy here at Templeton Racing throughout this years yearling sales season! We managed to secure four for this season. Not only all very nice looking individuals who fitted out criteria but we also thought they were all great value.

We sourced them from multiple sales including a Filly from the Inglis Melbourne Premier Sale. Both a C**t and a Filly from the Magic Millions Adelaide yearling sale. And lastly another C**t who we purchased from the online Inglis Digital sale.

Three of our four purchases all sold very quickly but we do still currently have a few shares left in our Sejardan C**t so get in touch if you are interested and come racing with us 🐎

Really looking forward to working with these young ones and seeing what there future holds with us 💪

We’ve been very busy the last two days inspecting yearlings for this years Melbourne Premier Sale! We will finish our shortlist tomorrow and will be ready to strike when they start selling on Sunday.

Congratulations to all the Ladies who share ownership of talented 3yo filly Epeiric. She saluted in just her third start today at Sale Turf Club - Horse Racing & Functions Venue.

She is our first all ladies syndicated horse.
She was purchased from Maluka Thoroughbreds for just $20,000 at the 2024 Inglis Melbourne Premier Sales. Enjoy the day girls 🍷 🍻

Templeton Racing is a family run racing stable located close to both Moe & Trafalgar.

We are looking for someone on a casual basis to work around the stables 4-5 mornings per week (approx 12-15 hours per week) the possibility of more hours for the right candidate.

Duties will include but not limited to:
* Mucking out boxes and yards.
* Refilling boxes with new sawdust when required.
* Maintaining and cleaning all areas of the facility
* Horse handling experience would be an advantage but not essential.
* Must be reliable and have the ability to work as a part of a team.
* Must have reliable transport.

Such a tragic loss!
Peta was very well known in the Gippsland area. She was not only a terrific person, but was always a very hard worker who had a very strong passion for the industry.
Many condolences to her her family and friends. She will be deeply missed, taken too soon 🕊️💔

It is with great sadness that Racing Victoria and Southside Racing acknowledge the passing of registered stable employee Peta Tait as a result of injuries sustained in an accident at the Cranbourne Training Centre yesterday morning.
