Ausgroom 2026 wrap up. Another brilliant day by the Central Bark Pet Styling groomers.
Yulu - 3rd with Rocket in clipper only,
3rd with her model dog live and
3rd with her creative model dog
Grace - 2nd with Benji in Asian Fusion Novice (Taking the judges at least 15 minutes to decide between first and second, having to call on the international judge to help split them!)
Tori - there really isn’t too much to say except WINNER
1st Asian Fusion open and Best In Group
1st Traditional Poodle open class in her first ever poodle competition
1st Model Dog Traditional and Best In Group
1st Model Dog Asian Fusion and Best In Group
Winner of the following BEST IN SHOW prizes
Model Dog, also Runner Up Best In Show
And 🥁🥁🥁BEST IN SHOW (Modern)

Of the seven grooms eligible for BEST IN SHOW, 4 were groomed by Tori, Grace and Yulu, against groomers from all over Australia, how incredibly amazing is that!!!

Huge thank you to Isabel and Donny for their support and help with dog wrangling and transport. Taking six people and nine dogs interstate for three days is no mean feat!
So, from one very tired and incredibly proud salon owner, thanks to all of our supporters, staff and customers for your ongoing support. More photos to follow as they become available

What an awesome first day at Ausgroom 2026.
First in Masters and Best In Group for Victoria with Peppa in Teddy Bear.
Second in Novice for Grace with Luna in Teddy Bear.
First in Creative Grooming and Best In Group for Yulu with Lumi.
First in Dual Duel (team groom) and Best In Group for Victoria and Grace with Oscar.
So that means everyone is already qualified for Best In Group tomorrow and there are still 5 more grooms to be completed tomorrow! So very proud of our awesome groomers!
