PRICE INCREASE 1 JULY 2026
Dear Snuggles Customers,
Due to the substantially increased cost of living, continually high inflation, ongoing global conflicts interfering with fuel, transport and freight prices, higher mortgage rates, and increasing staff wages (justifiably so), Snuggles Pet Resort must increase its prices starting 1 July 2026.
We do not make this decision every year; we only implement price increases after we can no longer absorb the rising costs passed on to us by our suppliers, banks, and others. Even then, we do not pass on the full cost to customers.
We also know that increasing our costs places a further burden on your cost of living, so we do not make this decision lightly.
Prices will increase by 10 percent across the board. We will do this by maintaining our existing prices as they are and simply adding the 10% GST onto the cost, rather than incorporating it into the cost as we have done previously.
This approach also means that any future rate increase will not include GST on the GST component, which is a fairer way for customers to assess and understand costs. Unlike Federal Governments who put an excise on your fuel and then add GST on top!
The price increase will affect all bookings starting 1 July, including those already booked and those with deposits already paid. If you wish to obtain an updated cost, please get in contact with us by phone or email and we will happily provide that for you.
We also recognise that some people may need to review their bookings because of the new pricing, which we do understand. If you wish to cancel your booking because of this there will be no financial penalty for doing so.
We, at Snuggles Pet Resort, thank you for your ongoing custom at what we believe is the best kennel and cattery facility in NSW, if not Australia. We hope you will continue bringing your lovely pets to us long into the future.
