Back from a beautiful little break in Singapore 🇸🇬☀️

It was amazing to switch off for a few weeks, explore somewhere new, enjoy some family time, and recharge.

But now I’m back in Melbourne and ready to get back to what I love - making dogs look, feel and smell amazing 🐶🛁

July can be a great time to stay on top of your dog’s coat, especially with all this winter shedding, mud, rain and indoor dog smell creeping in.

Sadly, my Jim’s Dog Wash Mentone trailer was vandalised recently, and I’m honestly really disappointed to see this kind of thing happening around our local community.

I’m a small local business owner, a local dad, and I work hard to look after dogs across Mentone and the surrounding Bayside suburbs. Seeing damage like this done for no reason is frustrating, unnecessary, and pretty disheartening.

If anyone happened to see anything, or has CCTV nearby that may have picked something up, I’d really appreciate you reaching out.

Thankfully, being part of the Jim’s Dog Wash franchise means I’ll have access to a loan trailer while mine is being repaired, so I’ll still be able to keep looking after my regular clients and their dogs during this time.

And to whoever did this — please do better. Damaging someone’s property doesn’t make you tough, funny, or clever. It just hurts everyday people trying to work hard, support their family, and serve the community.

Thanks to everyone who continues to support small local businesses. It genuinely means a lot. 🐾

Exciting news at Jim’s Dog Wash Mentone… I’ve officially taken on a new business partner. 🐾

He doesn’t wash dogs.
He doesn’t brush out undercoat.
He doesn’t clip nails.
He doesn’t clean the trailer.
He doesn’t reply to messages.

But somehow… he still takes 47%. 😅

Lucky the dogs seem to tolerate him.
