🖤 From zoomies to Zzz's... 🐾💤
Sweet Maisie came to see us for her desexing procedure, arriving as a happy, bouncy ball of energy with a wagging tail and a smile for everyone she met! 🥹
It wasn't long before her pre-operative medications started to work their magic, and this playful girl transformed into the sleepiest patient. She even decided Nurse Tanisha's leg was the perfect pillow for a cosy pre-op nap. 💙
We love being able to make our patients feel safe, calm, and comfortable while they're in our care and Maisie certainly made herself right at home!
We hope you're back to your playful self and recovering beautifully, Maisie. We can't wait to see you again (hopefully for cuddles rather than surgery)! 💕🐶

🦷 OLLY’S DENTAL DAY! 💙
Meet Olly, who recently visited Melville Animal Hospital for a Stage 1 dental procedure.
Olly had a full dental check and dental X-rays under anaesthetic, which showed several teeth that needed to be removed.

The affected teeth were carefully extracted, and the rest of Olly’s teeth were scaled and polished to give his smile a fresh start! 🦷✨

Olly recovered well and returned in one week to make sure his gums were healing nicely.

Going forward, regular dental care at home will help keep Olly’s teeth and gums healthy. 💙🐾
