Well we did it, It wasn't perfect and it wasn't as planned but we did it! As usual Nollie decided to make up her own routine 🤷‍♀️ But we had fun and that is all that matters. The Australian Cowgirl Co. Everyone did so well.
Beautiful thing today I was asked for my autograph by a 9yr old girl who loved ghe performance 💕 This melts my heart as this means more than any ribbon could. I took Charlie to meet Nollie and she got photos then also introduced her to Kat and Taylor where she got more photos and met Kats horses too 🩷
We came 4th which I'm pretty stoked about.
Thank you to each and every person who has supported and helped me and Nollie get here.
A big special thank you to Annemaree Macdonald for her support, help and just being an awesome friend ###

Today I had a lesson with Whiskey, it went really well, he is finally maturing and at 4 yrs old.

Why try to ride or train horses before this age?

They are not mentally mature, or is it just the bigger breeds? (Gypsy Cob)

We are just setting him up with a Ba****ck pad and getting him relaxed.

I know Nollie didn't get over her baby brain until about 7yrs old and only then did she just start finding her balance! now at 9 yrs old she is really coming into herself

Its funny how much we doubt ourselves but then we surround ourselves with people who believe in you and things change, we become stronger and grow.

This weekend was a testament to that.

First ridden clinic with Apache, been concentrating on liberty with Nollie so this will be interesting as he is such an anxious horse. And so attached to Nollie who is home. Let's see what this weekend brings 🙏

Merry Christmas to all that follow my page, I haven't been very social lately and a lot has changed including losing one of my horses to colic just the other day.
Things are on hold for a little with Apache until I can organise scoot boots in the new year but Nollie and I were accepted in to the competition at the Australian Cowgirls event in March so training has begun. I have a couple of comps in liberty with Nollie in Jan also so that is my focus at the moment.

I hope everyone stays safe over Christmas and the new year and I promise to try and be more pro active on this page where I can, sometimes life just throws curve balls at you and you have no time for much at all.

Another weekend of a lot of fun and laughs ❤️

3 Days of Liberty with Nollie and she didn't disappoint at all, doing things even easier after her break. Then stayed in Foster last night at the most beautiful property with awesome friends and home today.
Nollie came home with some new skills after the weekend and so did I lol especially line dancing😂

It's official Nollie is back as of tomorrow, no more enjoying life 🤣

Nollie has come into season and the poor Geldings are trying to tell her to bu**er off 🤣🤣
Mares are such little tarts - Well Nollie is anyway 🤣
Luckily no one can help her out, no way do I want or need a foal!

Such a fun weekend away at Apache's first liberty clinic weekend ❤️ He tried his heart out for me.
Funny commentary from my lovely friend Brenda Birch 🤣
