✨ Important Bunny Health Update – Please Read ✨

I’ve recently been made aware of a confirmed case of Calicivirus (RHDV) in our area. This virus spreads very quickly and, sadly, is often fatal to rabbits. I want to make sure all of our Little Lop Love families are aware and know how to reduce the risks.

💜 What you can do to protect your bunny:
🐇 Keep bunnies indoors when possible or in secure hutches/runs.
🚫 Do not allow contact with wild rabbits.
🌱 Avoid feeding fresh grass, weeds, or plants that wild rabbits may have touched.
👟 Remove outdoor shoes before entering areas your bunny uses.
💉 Stay up to date with vaccinations and booster shots – check with your vet for the correct schedule.
⚠️ Watch for early signs of illness: going off food, sudden lethargy, or unusual behaviour. Seek vet help immediately.

Your bunny’s health and safety is my top priority, and I’ll always share important updates like this. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like more info or resources 💜🐰

Stay safe,
Emily @ Little Lop Love

From happy flops to warning thumps, rabbits have their own special way of talking through body language.

This quick guide will help you understand the little signals that show when they’re relaxed, curious, or when something might be wrong. 💜
