What’s going on at the Lost Dogs’ Home in North Melbourne? ‘Adoption’ fees for pooches needing a new home have skyrocketed, some to $1000 or more. I’m a strong advocate of rehousing rescue dogs but they’re pricing themselves out of the market! Why is it so??
