Sitting there like she owns the place, judging everyone who walks past and looking ridiculously pretty
while doing it.

The attitude. The cheeks. The stare.

Jazz doesn’t need to try. She knows exactly who she is. 👑🩷

💙 LYNX MISTER MOSLEY 💙

Our handsome little gentleman is growing up so quickly! 🐾

Only a few more weeks until Mister Mosley heads off to his forever home, where a lifetime of love, cuddles and being completely spoilt awaits him.

Until then, we’re soaking up every precious moment with this gorgeous boy. 💙

✨ FUN FACT! ✨

People who purchase a Lynx kitten don’t just want a British Shorthair… they want a LYNX British Shorthair! 🐾❤️

They’re not simply looking for a particular colour or gender. They’re choosing our bloodlines, our type, our temperament and the reputation that has been built over almost 20 years.

And that reputation didn’t happen overnight.

Lynx British Shorthair was originally founded in 2007 by Denise Lawson, who dedicated years to establishing the beautiful bloodlines and reputation behind the Lynx name.

I was incredibly fortunate to be personally mentored by Denise, learning from her years of knowledge, experience and dedication to the breed.

When I took over Lynx in 2023, I didn’t just inherit a cattery. I inherited a legacy. ❤️

Since then, I’ve poured my heart and soul into building upon those foundations, taking Lynx to a new level while remaining true to the qualities that made it so special in the first place.

From carefully planned breeding programs and exceptional temperament to type, health, presentation and success on the show bench, I am constantly striving to improve with every generation.

We don’t breed to simply produce kittens. We breed with purpose, passion and a vision for the future.

And perhaps the biggest compliment of all?

When families tell me they don’t want just any British Shorthair…

They want a LYNX. 💙

That is something I will never take for granted.

Almost 20 years of history. Two generations of dedication. One very special name.

😻At present, we do not have any kittens available 😻

To secure a Lynx British Shorthair kitten, you must first join our waiting list.

Blue kittens have been exceptionally popular this year, and our waiting list for this colour is already quite extensive.

We always recommend keeping an open mind when it comes to colour and s*x. Families who are flexible with their preferences have a greater chance of being shortlisted when kittens become available.

As breeders, we are also working with Mother Nature, and we can never predict exactly what each litter will bring. We cannot guarantee the number of kittens born, their colours or their s*x. While we carefully plan our matings, Mother Nature ultimately has the final say!

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Our breeding program is carefully planned, with the health, wellbeing and quality of our cats always taking priority over demand. ❤️

🌸 Pretty in Cream 🌸

This gorgeous little lady is from Lynx Hearts Are Racing × Lynx Whip — and what a beautiful girl they have produced. 🤍

Our sweet cream girl has already found her forever family and has been sold as a much-loved pet. She has the sweetest little expression, beautiful soft colouring and that gorgeous British Shorthair look. Safe to say, her new family is going to be absolutely smitten with her. 🥹

📸 Photo taken by me with my camera.
As always, the kitten has not been altered or AI edited in any way — only the background has been changed. What you see is exactly what she looks like. 🤍

Champion Lynx Thistle… serving attitude, judgement and absolutely no interest in cooperating. 😂

Apparently when you’re a Champion, you don’t pose for the camera… you simply lie there and let everyone admire you.

The face says:
“Are we finished yet? I have important things to do… like absolutely nothing.”

She really does have that British Shorthair talent of looking mildly offended by everyone around her. 😂

It’s official — our beautiful girl has her name. 💙

Lynx Out Of The Blue

It really does feel like the perfect pedigree name for her, because she quite literally came out of the blue. I wasn’t planning on keeping a blue girl from River just yet, but sometimes they have a way of making the decision for you.

The name also holds a lovely little sentiment for Faye, who told me her very first girl was called Out Of The Blue. When I went back through the history and pedigrees, I discovered there is actually a link there too, which made the name feel even more meant to be.

But while Lynx Out Of The Blue will be her official pedigree and show name, at home she’ll be known as…

Tay Tay 💕

I’ve always told my beautiful friend Tayla that one day I would name a kitten after her, and this little girl feels like the right one. She’s quite special, and somehow Tay Tay just suits her perfectly.

So welcome officially, Lynx Out Of The Blue — our little Tay Tay. 💙

Well… I’ve made the decision to keep this sweet girl from Lynx River × Lynx Free Spin for our breeding program. 🤍

Now comes the hard part… I have gone completely blank on what to name her!

She will most likely be joining us on the show bench too, so I’d love something a little special — a beautiful, memorable show name that suits her.

I would absolutely love to hear your ideas!
