Hi everyone, it’s me Bruno 👋 Could you all please help with a missing Italian Greyhound in Coldstream Vic. It’s very cold out there for any dog let alone a dog like Saffy, I should know from my own experience 😬🥶 Your help would be much appreciated. Her last sighting was last Wednesday early evening on a property on Broadies opposite Coldstream Animal Aid. All updates will be on the page 👇, this is my finders page, please help if you can. FOUND - HOME SAFE
Good News!! Saffy has been found safe 🎉 Thank you to the crew who did amazing work this morning in the search for Saffy and found her 👏

📣 UPDATE 24.05 - Still Missing - No reported sightings and no footage of Saffy on our cameras 😔 A group of super stars 🌟 are heading out this morning to conduct a search. Sending them positive vibes and we hope they find Saffy today 🙏
📣 UPDATE 21.05 - Still Missing - Today marks one week since Saffy was last seen. Sadly there have been no reports of a lost dog even possibly matching Saffy’s description. The temperature is not on Saffy’s side, we continue to hope she has found somewhere to keep herself warm.
Further searches, flyers and re location of food, trails and cameras have been done. We ask everyone if your out searching to please check any fence lines, bushy areas on road sides. All property owners in the vicinity Saffy went missing and surrounds are aware and are actively keeping an eye out for Saffy.
📣 UPDATE 19.05 Missing - Further ground searches were conducted yesterday with no sign of Saffy. Temperature was -4 there last night, we hope and pray Saffy has found somewhere warm.
Please keep looking for Saffy, she could have travelled kms by now or still be in the area. Big thank you 🙏 to you all, for searching, sharing, keeping a look out on your travels and spreading the word about this missing Iggy.
🆘🆘 MISSING DOG - COLDSTREAM, VICTORIA 🆘🆘
Newly adopted 1 year old female Italian Greyhound, missing since 11th May 2025 from Coldstream, Victoria.
🐶 Saffy jumped out of the car with her lead connected when her owner pulled over to the side of the road to help settle her in the back seat. Saffy ran all the way down Maroondah Hwy to Stringybark Creek bridge and went into paddocks between Boundary Rd and Maroondah Hwy. Saffy is not from the area, she and her family were out sightseeing for the day.
🐶 Saffy has been sighted (daylight) on numerous properties from the 12th May to the the last known sighting being on the 14th May.
🐾 Sightings 12th and 13th - Properties on sides of Boundary Road.
🐾 Sightings 13th and 14th - Spring Lane, Maroondah Hwy end.
🐾 Last sighting 14th heading towards a property opposite Animal Aid on Broadies Rd.
🐾 Saffy is an extremely timid dog especially with strangers and unfortunately has been running at the first sight of seeing someone.
🏥 We are concerned for Saffy’s welfare as she does have a lead on, it is extremely cold out there for an Italian Greyhound especially at night.
✅ Thermal drone, thermal scope and extensive ground searches have been conducted. Flyer and letterbox drops done, food stations and cameras are out.
❌ Unless she is in immediate danger, please do not chase her, attempt to catch her, call her name, or call out to her in any form i.e. whistle, clap, slap your knee’s etc

✅ If you have some food, you can try…. Getting down low/sit on the ground and without looking face on, slowly and calmly offer her some by gently throwing little bits towards her, each time bring the food closer to you.
❌ If she runs or backs off in any way, please leave the food and walk away.
