We welcomed to Doggie Manners - 1st time dog owners who opened up their family to excited older pup Miss ROO. ROO had no training and puppy behaviours were becoming habits. We focused on building a bond with the family and slowly introduced boundaries through clear communication, introduced obedience and to encouraged calm energy to develop good habits. ROO has found her forever home, a life now full of love! ROO loves coming to GROUP which is improving her socialization, impulse control (slowly) and confidence. Well done ROO, keep reaching for the stars🐾

Doggie Manners welcomed first time dog owners who rehomed beautiful 8mth Miss LOTTIE. With no previous training and a nervous girl, we began with building a bond with the family while slowly introducing boundaries, encouraging wanted habits and introducing obedience. Taking our time was most important. LOTTIE also enjoyed the Walk&Train program- focusing on building her confidence in various situations and improving her obedience. LOTTIE has found her forever family🐾

Pup RON ,(his bro ARCHIE) & his human came to Doggie Manners to give him the best start. We began introducing boundaries and encouraging the behaviours we were wanting. Communicating clearly & focusing on calm energy while confidently exposing him to the outside world - building his confidence. RON has been coming to & enjoying the GROUP sessions. Keep up the good work RON🐾

Welcome - 8yo ELLIE, 3yo rehomed PEACHES and their humans to Doggie Manners. Both girls were showing unwanted behaviours - barking/jumping/over excitement/pulling on lead. We focused on boundaries, clear communication, calm energy and introduced obedience. Taking our time and encouraging the behaviours & manners we were wanting. Well done ELLIE & PEACHES - keep learning 🐾

We welcomed KAISER & his humans, who also trains elsewhere, to Doggie Manners to
focus on improving & strengthening his obedience training and build confidence in negative situations. Reducing the reliance on treats & relying on clear communication KAISER is now focusing more on his humans. We broke down obedience exercises and focused on foundation building- learning 1 skill and building from there. When our dogs encounter the same negative situations (in a location) over time their reaction becomes a habit. Changing habits takes time. Working KAISER in the DM GROUP sessions- has seen his confidence grow, confidently work within the group & lifestyle sessions. Well done team KAISER 🐾
