Returns Policy:
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Please examine items when they arrive and if the coat arrives damaged/defective, buyer must contact us within 72 hours of receipt to report problem. When the item is received and verified for damage/defect, we will exchange for no additional cost to the buyer.We cannot accept items that have been damaged or misused. The purpose of the Back Off Jacket is to
re**rd or help prevent a surprise attack and these jackets are for intervention and can be damaged if not used correctly. RETURNS: Products may be returned within 45 days from purchase date if unused and if clean and like a new original condition. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping/postage. Once the items are received and it has been verified that they are in their "like new original condition" we will issue a refund excluding the value of any postal/shipping charges from the original order. If the items are returned damaged,(either due to use, dirty, hair, or poor return shipment packing) we reserve the right to reduce refund amount up to %100 of the damaged item's retail value. PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED IF PERMANENTLY MODIFIED. (IE. IF any straps have been cut or other items have been permanently altered.) EXCHANGES: We recommend you measure your pet twice to ensure the correct size. Nonetheless we understand you may need to exchange for a better fit. Jackets with all accessories, ie. spikes and or whiskers, must be returned with 45 days of purchase and must be in original/new condition.
