Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dad figures in our snoots lives 💙🐾

To the hoo-dads that are facilitating sniffaris, sharing their spot on the couch, handing out treatos, giving the best scritches, and making sure their snoots know how loved they are - today is for you!!

We are so lucky to have so many caring humans showing these snoots just how good life can be (just look at those pics with our community’s snoots and their favourite people!) 🥹

Hi, I'm Blanche 🐾

I'm a playful little firecracker with a huge heart, looking for my pawfect match. If you're after a best friend who's always up for an adventure (and an even bigger cuddle afterwards), I might just be your girl 💙

My likes are...
🌊 Beach adventures and jumping through the waves
🚶 Long walks... or a good sniffari (I'm not too fussy!)
🎾 Playtime, zoomies and a cheeky wrestle
🛏️ Afternoon naps after I've worn myself out
🩵 Cuddling up beside my humans
🚗 Going absolutely everywhere with you

My dislikes are...
🐱 Cats (they're way too scary!)
🐶 Sharing my home with other dogs
💔 Being left out of the fun

My pawfect home would look like...
🏡 An active family, couple or person who loves getting out and about
🌿 A backyard where I can stretch my legs and play
💙 Humans who'll be home more often than not and keep my clever mind busy
🐾 A home where I can be your one and only, soaking up all the love and attention
📚 Pawrents with greyhound experience so they understand my personality and quirks

I'm curious, confident and always keen to see what's around the next corner. Sometimes my mischievous side comes out (don't be surprised if I "borrow" something just to see your reaction 🤭), but I'm a clever girl who responds well to gentle guidance.

When the adventures are over, I'm happiest curled up beside my favourite people, recharging before our next one.

If you have our 2026 calendar by Instinct Pet Photography, the stunning Winnie is our September calendar model 💙

Winnie's pawrents describe her as an adorable heart stealer, who loves walks, long hikes, squeaky toys, Prime 100 roll and roaching on the couch (as a true queen should) 👑

🪽🌈 Rest in peace Roger 🌈🪽

We're heartbroken to share this update on Roger, one of the 12 year olds we rescued from a retired greyhound racing owner a couple of months ago 💔

Roger was peacefully laid to rest on Sunday 23 August 🌈 He was meant to move onto his forever home that day, but on Saturday he became acutely unwell and was rushed to the emergency vet. He was diagnosed with a type of carcinoma which meant he could no longer go to the toilet due to the tumour location and pressure on his bladder/bowels.

He was farewelled surrounded with blankets and chicken nuggets with his wonderful foster carer Kevin, and his almost forever pawrent Kirstie by his side ❤️‍🩹

We are extremely grateful to our volunteers who worked on saving Roger and Nelly from the horrific conditions they were living in. If he was still living in that concrete shed, he would have died a painful, horrible death all alone.

For everything Roger missed out on, we are grateful we were able to give him his dignity at his final moments. We will continue to fight to hold Greyhound Raving Victoria accountable for all they do in letting these dogs down.

Sleep well Roger. We are glad you were able to experience love for the last few months of your life. Hope you and Nelly can do some zoomies together. You will never be forgotten 💙🤍🕊

Run for the greyhounds so they don't have to ❤️‍🩹 Good luck to everyone participating in the TCS Sydney Marathon tomorrow 🏃🏼‍♀️

Amy (honouring her greyhound Bill 🌈) from the USA and Britany (with her greyhound Chippy) from QLD, are running in the Sydney Marathon and fundraising for Greyt Greys! 💙
