To all my beautiful Clients,
After almost 20 years in the pet grooming industry, it is with a heavy heart that I announce the
immediate closure of Pongos Away Mobile Pet Grooming Salon.
This decision has not been made lightly. Due to illness that requires significant time and attention to
properly address, I am unable to continue operating the business at this time. My health must now
take priority, and stepping away is necessary to focus on recovery.
I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to all of my loyal clients — particularly those who have
supported my business over many years. It has truly been a pleasure and a privilege to care for your
beloved pets and to build such meaningful, long-standing relationships within our community. Your
trust, kindness, and continued support have meant more to me than words can express.
I kindly ask that my privacy be respected during this time. I appreciate your understanding and
compassion as I focus on my health.
