Is your dog a decision maker? The highest rank isn’t alpha- it’s decision maker! It’s the serious, aloof, self assured dogs who make your life hard and aren’t built like other dogs!
They’re not here to please you!
They’re not here to listen and follow!
They’re here to keep the pack safe, assess dangers, prevent arguments escalating and to be worshipped!
How do you know if you’ve got one?
They’re regal! Aloof, everything is on their terms
They’ll sit away from you not near you
They don’t need you and most of the time they don’t want you either 😂😂
My decision maker Daphne left us in August and took part of my soul with her. She was extraordinary and taught me more about dogs than any biased scientific study or tick box online courses!!
She was bloody difficult 😂 she was opinionated and strong willed and always wanted to be in charge!
We respected each other but there were lots of battles and our relationship was different to how I am with my protector enforcers (Tubs, EE, Wiggy and Frog 🐸) because they like me much more than she did 😂😂😂
Protector enforcers need you and want you!!! They want to listen to you
Decision makers think you’re a waste of time and frankly quite annoying!!!

Have you got a decision maker??
