What a lovely review from Roxys mum, it was so long so I thought id share it within the post.
Hi I’m Roxy’s Mum….For me, it isn’t just about how much we ourselves put so much love, time, money & care into our dogs to have the very best of everything, there are some people who go above and beyond what their “job” requires, but it has been finding Shayla & Chris who genuinely care & love my Roxy as much as we do & that is priceless. For years our beautiful Oscar & Roxy have been in their care & earlier this year we had to say goodbye to our Happy Oscar, Roxy’s beautiful kind happy brother. With Roxy nearly 15yrs old & without her partner in crime by her side, every bit of understanding & gentleness means so much more to us. Shayla & Chris genuinely understand that as they get older, the general task as owners of giving them a brush or a wash can be quite draining for the dogs & the owners as it takes a lot more patience & care. So for them to greet Roxy at every appt with no judgement, just compassion & the upmost talent & professionalism means the world to me. May I add that Oscar & Roxy are Westies & Shayla ALWAYS excels’s & delivers THE BEST Westie cut (if you have a Westie you know what I’m talking about) Truly Shayla, this was your calling you have a true gift & are a natural at what you do. So, from the bottom of my heart thank you both for being a part of Oscar, Roxy & my life. The wonderful care you gave Oscar & continue to give to Roxy, we couldn’t ask for anyone better to look after our sweet girl. You are both are such lovely & truly special people & are so valued & I appreciate you both more than you know.
