 Introducing you to the most endearing little gentleman you could ever hope to meet—the irresistibly charming, one-eyed teddy bear of a dog, Murphy! This delightful canine is a 4-year-old Cavoodle who has an uncanny ability to melt hearts wherever he goes. Despite having been a “ pirate” after having an eye removed , Murphy hasn’t let this minor setback slow him down in the slightest. He continues to be as dashing, sweet, and lovable as ever, capturing the affection of everyone he encounters. Whether he’s trotting along on a leisurely walk or snuggling up close to his beloved humans, Murphy epitomizes the ultimate companion.
When it comes to his favorite pastimes, Murphy has a few activities that he absolutely adores. At the top of his list is going for his daily walks, which he eagerly anticipates each day. He also enjoys treats, which never fail to bring a wag to his tail. However, above all else, Murphy cherishes the time spent cozying up for long cuddle sessions with his favorite humans, where he can bask in their warmth and affection.
Murphy’s interaction with humans is nothing short of exceptional. He is incredibly friendly and possesses a heart full of sweetness. There is nothing he loves more than being close to his people, soaking up all the affection they have to offer. During grooming sessions, Murphy is a dream to work with—he exhibits wonderful patience and takes all the fuss in stride, making him a joy to care for.
In terms of obedience and training, Murphy is quite the smart boy. He is fully toilet trained and has mastered the use of the doggy door like a pro. When it comes to going for walks, he performs admirably on a harness, which provides a comfortable and secure option for him.
Murphy’s social skills with other animals are equally impressive. He is a very social little guy who gets along remarkably well with other dogs. He thrives in the company of canine companions and fits right into a friendly environment, making him a wonderful addition to any dog-loving household.
Mealtimes with Murphy are a breeze! He eats his dry food without any hassle and has a particular fondness for treats. He is on a weight-loss journey so it’s important his new family don’t over feed him
When it comes to exercise and weight management, Murphy is doing fantastic. He loves a nice daily walk of 20 to 30 minutes, which helps keep him fit and healthy. Currently weighing around 10.6kg, his ongoing exercise routine and weight management are making fantastic, steady progress as our chubby little fella has lost 2 kilos since we started him on his weight loss journey
After a day filled with fun and adventures, Murphy transforms into a professional relaxer. He loves curling up close and cuddling up to his humans for a peaceful rest, making him the perfect companion for those who enjoy quiet, relaxing evenings at home.
Murphy is on the lookout for an ideal home where he can receive the love and care he deserves. He is seeking a loving home that can provide him with the daily exercise he craves, plenty of indoor cuddle time, and perhaps a canine friend to keep him company. A family ready to spoil him with love and affection would be the perfect match for this charming little gentleman.

Murph has had a full dental. Eye removal . Desexed . Freshly groomed . vaccinated and up to date with parasite control
Adoption Criteria
Murphy would love a home with indoor outdoor access to come in and out as he chooses
A home with children would be fine too but we would be seeking dog savvy mature age children if in residence
A home that will keep him well groomed
A home that will take him for his most loved daily walk each day
We have not tested him with cats
A home with another dog would be lovely as we feel he would love a friend but if in residence they must be kind and dog social
