Josie's groom room Josie's groom room, a boutique dog grooming salon established in 2012.

We provide gentle, stress free grooming with a loving touch and treat all our furry friends like one of our own. We’re a team of passionate dog lovers & experienced dog groomers working from our new salon at 84 Sam's Road, North Mackay. The Works: Includes a double shampoo and conditioner, up to 12mm coat clip, sanitary trim, scissored Face and feet, nail trim, and ear cleaning.

We also love to do breed styles and longer coats, but they need to be quoted on viewing.

⭐CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW FEES ⭐

Just wanted to let everyone know we will now be implementing our cancellation and no-show fees that are in our policy.

If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hour window it will be a 50% cancellation fee. It can be difficult to try and fill spots with a small window of time.

If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment it will be considered a no show and you will also be charged a 50% no show fee. This fee is a part of our policy to ensure our staff have time to complete your pup during their scheduled appointment block.

We appreciate all of our beautiful clients and we thank you for following our policies. 😊

We have recently received some stock of the plush puppy flower essence drops!

To support dogs who struggle with sickness or anxiety while traveling. With a relieving mix of jasmine, peony, honeysuckle and more!

HYPERACTIVITY 💥
A mix of chamomile, pansy and lily to help calm over excited dogs. It also assists with restlessness and erratic behaviour.

I had the pleasure of meeting these 3 delightful Frenchie's today, who had been dumped in the bush in Eungella.

Obviously ez breeding stock, no longer pumping out puppies so they were not profitable or worth keeping 😤.
The two females are heartworm positive and will require very expensive treatment that will be funding.

At Josie's Groom Room, we're committed to providing the highest quality grooming services for your beloved pets. Over the past few years, the costs of high-quality grooming products, staff, training and specialized equipment, have steadily increased. To continue offering the exceptional care and styling your pup deserves, we have implemented a 20% price increase across all services.
In addition to this adjustment, we've also refined our sizing categories to better reflect the time and effort involved in grooming different breeds and styles. This means that while some dogs will remain in their current size brackets, others may be reclassified from "small" to "intermediate" or "medium" depending on their specific size and the complexity of their groom. This ensures fair pricing that accurately reflects the work involved.
We understand that price changes can be challenging, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
