My visiting mummy possum, Miche, who I rehabilitated and released in 2024, comes and goes as she pleases getting a little support as she needs. This is her 3rd Joey she has brought home to show me. This little girl did not want to venture out until she could fit no longer. She finally came out last night for the first time. So precious

This stuff happens, this is what people do to possums. And it is why I do not agree with over-familiarisation with possum visitors. They have to be on their guard. Always. Not soft as muck.
