Questionable fashion choices? It was the 80s — the bigger, brighter and louder, the better. 😂

We couldn’t resist jumping on the 80s trend, so Danica, Emma & Christina have officially gone retro! And naturally, no Groom Squad is complete without a four-legged member rocking some seriously cool shades. 😎🐶

Thankfully, our grooming techniques have moved on from the 80s… but we’re more than happy to bring back the big hair, good vibes and a little bit of chaos! ✂️🛁✨

Bella, Bonnie & Bear had a very serious disagreement today…

Apparently, everyone wanted to be first in line for their pamper session. 🛁✂️✨

🐶 “EXCUSE ME… clearly I’m the favourite!” 😂

Nothing like a little sibling rivalry when there’s a fresh bath, blow-dry and makeover on offer!

🐶 Pool Patrol Double trouble in the tub! 🛁

Nothing to see here… just two pups supervising bath time and making sure everything is being done to their exact specifications. 😂

One is giving us “I would like to speak to management” while the other is clearly having the BEST. DAY. EVER. 🤣🐾

Luckily, Christina had everything under control — even with two very opinionated little helpers who insist on doing everything together in the tub!

There’s something extra cute about grooming dogs from the same family that adore each other. 💕 Fresh, clean and ready to head back to work smelling much better than when they arrived!

✨⚡ Welcome to Grooming School! 🐾🪄

Our little witches and wizards have been attending a very important class lately… The Art of Being Groomed! 😂✂️

Just like puppies need to learn sit, stay and come, they also need to learn how to be groomed. Standing on a grooming table, having their feet touched, hearing clippers and dryers, having their face handled and staying still for those fiddly little areas are all skills that take practice.

Some pups graduate with Outstanding marks… 🌟
Some need a few extra lessons… 📚
And some are still convinced the dryer is a form of dark magic. 😂🪄

Regular grooming from a young age can help dogs become familiar with the process and learn what is expected of them. With patience, consistency, positive experiences and plenty of praise, grooming can become a normal part of life rather than something scary or stressful.

And remember — learning doesn’t stop with puppies! Older dogs can improve their grooming manners too. Sometimes they just need a patient teacher and a few more classes. ❤️🐶

🪄🐍 Every grooming business needs a villain… apparently it’s me. 😂

The rumours are true. I’ve officially joined the dark side.

My crimes include:
✂️ Demanding perfectly tidy grooms
🐾 Expecting nails to be trimmed
🛁 Insisting every dog leaves smelling fabulous
📸 Taking approximately 47 photos to get ONE where the dog looks at the camera
😂 And occasionally using dark magic to keep the grooming schedule under control.

The girls have been warned… misbehave and I’ll be sending a Howler. 📨🔥

We’re pretty sure these two have been keeping their wizarding talents quiet. 🧙‍♀️🐾 And after a little magical grooming, they’re looking more than ready for a trip aboard the Hogwarts Express! 🚂✨

⚡✨ 25 YEARS OF MAGIC! ✨⚡

The Heidi’s Mobile Pet Grooming Jimboomba team may have swapped our grooming scissors for wands today… and we think we scrub up pretty well as witches! 🧙‍♀️🐾

Today marks the beginning of the Harry Potter 25th Anniversary theatrical re-release, celebrating 25 magical years since Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone first hit the big screen! ⚡🏰

And naturally, we couldn’t let the occasion pass without getting our littlest wizard involved too. 🐶🪄

The films are returning to cinemas worldwide from 27 August – 3 September 2026, and we’re ready for a little nostalgia, a lot of magic and possibly a Butterbeer or two. 😂

Now for the important question…
