It is with a heavy heart that I write this post. Sadly we recently said goodbye to our beautiful old gentleman Ramos 💔 Despite my best efforts at keeping his body comfortable and healthy into old age, heartbreakingly his time came sooner than we had hoped.
Although he was only with us for a few years he quickly made his way into the hearts of not only our family but almost everyone he met. Ramos was the true definition of a gentle giant, kind and gentle with a heart bigger than his enormous head. Initially quite timid and a little unsure of me, he quickly became my shadow, regardless of the time of day or the weather, Ramos was always right behind me 🥰
We are so incredibly grateful for the time he had with us, for the love he gave us and for the legacy he has left with us. He has two sons who carry on his name, Redsovereign Ramos Jr and Redsovereign Sergent Ramus, affectionately known as Ramakin ❤️ (what we often called Ramos) and another son Redsovereign Zeus Almighty who is almost identical to Ramos in his younger days. He touched the lives of lots of people and I know for a fact there are many other families who are equally as grateful to him for the beautiful babies he gave to us all. He passed onto them his love of water, his deep red coat, beautiful light green eyes and his amazing temperament. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered as the king he was ❤️
The last photo shows Ramos's regal presence in one of his most favourite places (outside of his pool) and is now where he rests, overlooking the valley.
Goodbye my old friend 🤍
