Everyone has their own soft spot 🥹🐾

While our practice manager Hany is usually busy dealing with stock, invoices, accounts, and making sure the clinic runs smoothly… today everything changed the moment his eyes landed on our gorgeous German Shepherd puppy, Mavrick 😍

He came to ask the nurses something important, but within seconds he completely forgot what he wanted and ended up sitting next to Mavrick giving him comfort, cuddles, and getting some love from his absolute dream puppy ❤️

We eventually had to remind Hany that Mavrick already has a family and unfortunately he is not allowed to take him home 😂

Honestly… we completely understand why 😅🐶

At Liverpool Veterinary Hospital, our nurses are truly multi-skilled 😄🔧

Today, our beautiful head nurse Katelyn decided to become the clinic handywoman and started fixing things herself 😂
She grabbed the electric screwdriver and honestly looked like she was enjoying herself way too much 🤭

From caring for our patients with love and compassion, to helping keep the clinic running smoothly, there is nothing our amazing nurses cannot do 💕

We are so lucky to have such a lovely team and such a beautiful work environment where everyone is always happy to help.

At Liverpool Veterinary Hospital, we do anything for our fur babies to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable ❤️

Say hello to beautiful Maple 🐶
Maple woke up from her surgery and decided that her comfy bed was simply not good enough today 😅
Instead, she chose the warmest and safest spot possible — on our beautiful nurse Natalie’s lap 💕

So Natalie had to continue working while Maple relaxed happily in her arms the entire time 🥹

Moments like these remind us why we love what we do every single day.

On this ANZAC Day, we reflect with gratitude and respect, remembering not only those who stood in uniform, but also the mateship, loyalty, and compassion that define their legacy.

✨ Exciting News at Liverpool Veterinary Hospital! ✨

We are so excited to finally share that our clinic renovation has officially begun! 🛠️🐾

This is something we’ve been planning for a while, and while it’s not always easy behind the scenes, we know it will be worth it to create an even more comfortable and welcoming space for you and your beloved pets.

During this period, we will continue operating as usual, however please note that:
👉 Our temporary entrance to reception and the waiting area will be at the back of the clinic (facing the car park).
📸 Please refer to the photo in this post for guidance on the new entrance location.

This setup is only short-term while we work on giving our clinic a beautiful new facelift ✨

We truly believe that our clients are like family, and we are incredibly grateful for your ongoing patience, support, and understanding during this time ❤️

If you have any suggestions or feedback, we would love to hear from you — we’ll do our best to make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone.
