Integrity: is the quality of being honest and having strong moral or ethical principles.
It means consistently aligning your actions with your values, even when no one is watching.
The word comes from the Latin integer, meaning "whole" or "complete," reflecting a person whose beliefs and behaviors are undivided.
Key Pillars of Integrity.
📢Consistency: Your words match your actions, and your behavior remains the same in public and in private.
📢Honesty: A commitment to truthfulness and a refusal to lie, cheat, or deceive.
📢Accountability: Taking full responsibility for your choices, including admitting mistakes instead of deflecting blame.
📢Moral Courage: Doing the right thing even when it is difficult, inconvenient, or personally disadvantageous.
Why Integrity Matters.
In both personal and professional environments, integrity is the bedrock of trust. Organizations and institutions rely on ethical behavior to remain fair, while individuals who practice integrity build solid, reliable reputations. It stands in direct contrast to hypocrisy, cutting corners, or sacrificing one's standards for quick personal or professional gain.
From my observations, it's clear to see that somehow in the babydoll world this word has been forgotten or lost. I've never seen a breed so politically ripped apart. It boggles me. We all just want to breed a high quality animal that reflects the breed standard of our choice and compliments our vision and the dreams we have for our stock.
Personally we are trying to create a very close American type miniature sheep that is as cute as a button and reflects it's name, Baby Doll. Many years ago when i first ever heard about this breed, American babydolls were one of the first, most adorable things I'd ever seen and that's exactly what i want.
Looking forward to the future because i see some amazing sheep coming 🥰🥰
