🐾 From Obedience Graduate to Search & Rescue Trainee! 🐾

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the journey of one of our amazing clients, who has successfully completed our Obedience Program and is now taking on an exciting new challenge as a Trainee Search and Rescue Dog with Coleambally Rescue Squad! 🎉

Through dedication, teamwork, and plenty of hard work, this talented dog has developed the focus, confidence, and obedience skills needed to progress into the demanding world of search and rescue training. Watching this partnership grow has been a privilege, and we couldn't be more excited to see what the future holds.

Search and rescue dogs play a vital role in helping locate missing and vulnerable people, and every great working dog starts with a solid training foundation. We're honoured to have been part of this journey and can't wait to follow their ongoing achievements.

Congratulations to both handler and dog on this fantastic milestone. Wishing you every success as you continue your training with Coleambally Rescue Squad! 🐕‍🦺❤️

🐾 The Real Magic Happens After the Board & Train 🐾

One of the most rewarding parts of being a dog trainer is working with owners who are committed to continuing the training once their dog comes home.

Our Board & Train Program creates a strong foundation, but lasting results come from consistency, practice, and follow-through in the dog's everyday environment. When owners are dedicated to reinforcing what their dog has learned, that's when we see real transformation happen.

The dogs that make the greatest progress aren't always the ones with the easiest training journey—they're often the ones with owners who show up every day, stay patient, and put in the work.

Training isn't just about teaching a dog new skills; it's about building a stronger relationship between dog and owner. When both ends of the leash are learning and growing together, the possibilities are endless.

To all the dedicated dog owners out there like Libby, Damo and all of our amazing Board & Train clients: thank you for your commitment, trust, and hard work. Your effort makes all the difference, and your dog's success is a direct reflection of the time and energy you invest. ❤️🐕

"Dogs are entrepreneurs, give them a a job, or they'll start a business you hate" - Ted Efthymiadis

Got a working dog? Give them a job. When their brain and instincts aren’t engaged, they’ll start chasing anything that moves.
Structured tasks = calmer, safer, happier dog and happier family.

Balancing Act - Board and Train Buddy

09/12/2025

Ever tried walking a German Shepherd who reacts to… EVERYTHING? 😳🐕‍🦺

Noises? Bark.
Other dogs? Lunge.
Humans? Full meltdown.
You? Embarrassed & exhausted. 😬

But his owner refused to give up and enrolled him into our Board & Train Program.
Day 1: He barked at a leaf. 🍃
Day 7: We made it past ONE dog—barely.

Every walk = a challenge.
Every win = a celebration.
Progress? Slow… but real.

Did we finally crack the code?
You’ll have to watch Part 2 to see the breakthrough! 👀

Drop a 🐾 if you’ve been there!
Follow for Part 2—coming soon!
