Hello my furry friends!
A quick life update from your favourite dog groomer currently having an existential crisis.
Otto, Quinn and I are heading overseas to celebrate two major milestones: Otto turning ONE and me turning THIRTY.
Now, I'm not saying I'm handling either of these milestones particularly well, but one minute I was bringing home a newborn and the next minute I'm planning his first birthday party while staring down the barrel of my thirties.
The salon will be closed from Friday 26th June and will reopen on 14th July.
If your furry friend is due for a winter tidy up, maintenance deshed, or you want to try ozone therapy, now is the time to book.
Those of you on active skin therapy schedules don't need to panic. You'll be contacted directly and we'll make sure everything stays on track while I'm away.
I still don't understand how an entire year has passed already. It feels like yesterday I was announcing my pregnancy and now somehow my little sidekick is about to turn one.
So while Otto celebrates his first lap around the sun, I'll be overseas trying to come to terms with the fact that my baby isn't really a baby anymore and that I'm apparently old enough to be turning 30.
