Fresh Grooms, Big Smiles & Extra Wiggle ✨🐾

Is there anything better than that just-groomed feeling?

This gorgeous bunch left the salon looking and feeling their absolute best today - soft, fluffy, smelling amazing and posing like pros for their colour splash photoshoot!

A huge thank you to their paw-rents for trusting me with these beautiful pups. I love getting to know each of their little personalities, and seeing that happy, proud strut out the door never gets old.

Which freshly groomed cutie is your favourite today? 👇

This weekend the boys and I went on a long trip down to South Gippsland for our last Herding competition of the year.

We did some extremely exciting runs and our hard work in training proved that we are getting somewhere. ( with lots more to learn but that’s a 2027 goal 🤞🏻)
Both boys finished first in their respective competitions and classes with Wynter claiming overall success, winning top honours of high in trail and gaining his title in B Course Sheep.💪🏆( open paddock with obstacle that we need to complete)

I’m not sure how I feel about him beating George by only 1/2 a point putting George in overall 2nd place though 🤷🏻‍♀️

We also got to have a bonus of some Beach time after the day of competition.

My weekend training and/or competing is now over for the year, just in time for the spring - summer busy season.

In saying that I have been booking up fast especially for the lead up to Christmas ( can you believe that it only 10 weeks away!!! ) so if you’re needing your pup looking fabulous for your visitors or Santa then please make sure you book well in advance.
Once my spots are booked I can’t do more.

I hope you had fun with your dogs this weekend, tell them I said hi 👋🏼

This!
This is why I try to always have a big selection of toys for the dogs.
For dogs like Elwood it makes his grooming day fun and stress free.
It’s also quite entertaining to watch him try to decide which toy is his favourite ❤️

Pet Memorial Day 🌈🐾

Today is for the ones who are no longer waiting at the door, but who will forever live in our hearts.

For the best friends who left paw prints not just on our floors, but on our families. The silly habits that still make us smile, the photos we can’t help but look at again and again, the quiet comfort of having them beside us, and all those proud moments and achievements we celebrated together.

I know how deep that bond goes. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to meet and love so many of your dogs as if they were my own - to groom them, cheer them on, and hear their stories. And I’ve also felt that ache when we’ve had to say goodbye to some of them. It never gets any easier, because love like that doesn’t leave.

If you have a much-loved dog you’re remembering today, I would be truly honoured if you shared a photo or a favourite memory of them in the comments below. Let’s remember them together and keep their stories alive. 🌈

They may have left our lives, but they never truly leave us.🌈

I have many, from my childhood pets to my horse Magic but the one that hit the hardest will always be my Henry .

Yay! Spring is springing 🌸I love this time of year and how lovely the sun feels after a bleak winter.

I never realised how many teachers and teaching affiliates I had as clients until the last couple of weeks so here’s hoping that they enjoy this theme.
Sorry that holidays are over and it’s back to school time.

While some are getting ready to go back to work, here’s a reminder that I’m about to start my leave shortly.

You’d have to be living under a rock to not know that it’s World Cup soccer time, even these guys know it!
